Four times a year we will send you a different Beerfest In A Box. Each box will contain 8 x 473ml beers from 8 great breweries plus a link to a video where you can hear the brewers talk about their beers. All subscriptions will be charged on the following dates: February 17th, May 17th, August 17th and October 17th and will be shipped out on or just after March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and November 1st. Your boxes will be packed and shipped on those dates and you will be notified via email. Orders will be shipped out the next business day and will take roughly 2-5 business days. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way along with its tracking number, and estimated day of delivery. Please note that a signature and ID of someone of legal drinking age will be required. If you are not available to receive the order it will be brought to your nearest postal outlet for signature pickup. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep unattended.

Your Beerfest In A Box subscription will arrive 4 times a year in the first couple weeks of March, June, September and November.

The beers should last up to 6 months, but a good rule of thumb is that fresh is always better. We recommend sampling the beers within the first few weeks after you receive them if possible.

Unfortunately this feature isn’t currently possible.

Just like with all your other mail, arrangements can be made with the shipper to hold your box until you are able to pick it up.

Subscriptions will be billed for each box on the following dates: February 17th, May 17th, August 17th, and October 17th regardless of purchase date. For example, a customer could purchase a box any time from August 18th to October 17th – the order would go through but you will not be billed until the next subscription date, which in this case would be October 17th.

We would be sad to see you go, but if you do have to cancel, you need to do so a minimum of 30 days prior to your renewal date. To cancel your subscription, you would need to log into your account and then go to the “subscriptions” tab and select the subscription you want to cancel.

We ship our boxes in specially designed boxes to ensure they arrive in great condition – but, if you should encounter any issues, please contact us at info@albertabeerfestivals.com and we will find a solution for you.
